Our job is to find the answers you need.

So that we can help you to find answers yourself, we have developed two programs, focused on what you have told us you need. Those courses include: "Ethical Issues Relating to Hiring and Working with Private Investigators" (ETH33087) and
"Hiring and Utilizing a Private Investigator in Your Law Practice"(CRM32633).

Both courses are approved by the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board and you receive 1 hour CLE credit for each program. We have also recently received approval in Tennessee.

Each workshop includes information about when to use a private investigator, licensing laws, laws relating to stalking, pitfalls when clients conduct their own investigation, laws relating to ineffectual counsel when a PI should have (but wasn't) used, and more!APproved CLE Credit

These workshops are specifically designed to be presented at your office, for your convenience. Imagine a training day when your speaker comes to you!

And they are FREE!

Use it to enhance your personal knowledge or that of your staff. "Hiring and Utilizing a Private Investigator in Your Law Practice" has already been approved by the National Association of Legal Assistants (1 hr CLAE). We will help you and your staff understand the benefits and issues relating to working with Private Investigators.

For questions or scheduling call us at 501-374-2202 or you can always call 24-hours-a day at 1-501-605-0360 or you can e-mail us.
